Interfaith Senior Services promotes independent living to senior adults age 62 and older. Senior Services provides Care and Wellness programs including support and referral services in Interfaith’s service area.
- Geriatric Assessments: individual assessments provided to determine services needed
- Information and Referral: offers resources and guidance for senior adults and/or caregivers regarding senior services such as housing, in-home care, benefit options and money-saving programs
- Senior Transportation: provides rides to essential appointments
- Senior Grocery Delivery: delivers monthly groceries to homebound senior adults
- Serving Our Seniors/Serving Our Neighbors (SOS/SON): volunteer-based home maintenance program
- Holiday GIVING: provides Holiday Gifts, festive parties, and GIVING Lunch for senior adults
- Senior Activities: hosts senior activities and seasonal parties at The South County Community Center and Senior Living complexes
- Day Trips: coordinate day trips to local attractions and events
- Caregiver Conferences: hosts workshops and resources for those caring for a loved one. Save the date for the next conference on Saturday, November 2, 2024.
- Networking Meeting: holds a monthly meeting for professionals who serve senior adults
- Worship Services: provides music and spiritual support for seniors in long-term care facilities and Senior Living Complexes
- Birthday Parties: provides monthly birthday parties at Senior Living Complexes
